Our customers and their complete satisfaction are very important to us.  We strive to provide the best quality products backed by excellent customer service.

In the event you encounter a problem with any of our products or services, we ask that you allow us to assist you.  There may be a simple fix for your problem; if it is a defective part we will replace it within the warranty terms noted below.  We will only be able to assist if you allow us to do so, by e-mailing us with your details at info@mystmasters.com  One of our Customer Service Representatives will respond within 24 hours to assist you with your problem.

There are no refunds on any products for any reason, only replacements will be offered.  Warranty items that are found to be defective within the warranty period will be replaced.  The defective item must be returned for inspection before a replacement item can be sent to you. 

Not all items carry a warranty, these items are as noted below:
E-Liquid and related e-liquid accessories
Cartridges (prefilled or blanks)
Cartomizers (prefilled or blanks)

Items covered by our 30 day replacement warranty:
Standard e-Cigarette batteries, atomizers, standard battery chargers, cigarette lighter cords, universal USB chargers, cigarette lighter to USB power adapters, Personal Charge Cases and USB pass-throughs.  

Our warranty does not cover damages caused by mis-use or abuse, such as dropping, getting wet (not good on electronic devices), or for using the item in a manner for which the item was not intended.

The Customer Service Representative assisting you will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that must be marked on the outside of the package being returned.  Shipping of the returned item is at the customer’s expense, the replacement item will be sent by USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. If you need the item any faster, you may opt to pay for the additional postage required.
