How do I return an item?

First, click on 'Contact Us' located on the bottom left corner of our website header.  Send us an e-mail describing the problem with your product, there may be a simple fix that will resolve the issue.  Please include your phone number so a Customer Service Representative can contact you, as a phone call often works much better than e-mail.

If a solution is not possible, the Customer Service Representative assisting you will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that must be marked on the outside of the package being returned containing the defective warranty item.  Shipping of the returned item is at the customer’s expense, the replacement item will be sent by USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. If you need the item any faster, you may opt to pay for the additional postage required.
